About Josefin

Hi and welcome! 

I´m Josefin, the professional ICF-coach & mentor with an multifaceted background as an hairdresser, journalist, lawyer and leader.

I´ve done a lot of shifts in my life. Most of them by free will - but the last wasn´t. When my brain totally collapsed in june 2021 I made a decision and said goodbye to a unhealthy work enviroment. 

But it wasn´t just a reset in my professional life. Just like you I´m also balancing many other roles in my daily life; as a mom of three, wife, sister, daughter, friend and collegue...And I guess we have that in common - we seldom take time for our own wellbeing.

I did a total reset by the fantastic method of coaching and closed that scary gap that arose when I couldn´t go back to what has been. Today I´m at a beautiful place where drive and passion is aligned with wellbeing, joy and presence. And that inspiring, sustainable lifestyle is exactly what I want you to experience too!
